Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering
To return your product, send us an email at info@HomeplateStitch.com to give you instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, we do! Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
First, check your confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. if the address was incorrect,we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
